At Adorn Studio, our ultimate goal is to empower our clients by enhancing their natural beauty with the highest quality lash extensions. Our studio is currently home-based, and we have Julie as our Licensed Esthetician with 3 Eyelash Extension Certifications and over 5 years of experience. We specialize in lash extensions, brow laminations, Waxing and sugaring. To ensure that our clients have a seamless experience, we have established a few policies that we would like to inform you of. First-timers are required to schedule a patch test a few days before their appointment. we kindly ask that all clients arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify us so that we can adjust accordingly. However, if you arrive late for your lash appointment, the service may not be as full as it could have been if you were on time. Nevertheless, you will still be charged the full price for the service. To prevent any inconvenience, we advise our clients to arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late or more, it may result in a reschedule and a no show. Fees may apply. In case of cancellations or rescheduling, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 30% of your service. We accept cash, credit, debit, and Apple Pay as payment methods. Cancellation Policy

Here at Adorn Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy for all our lash extension services. We require 24-hour notice prior to an appointment to avoid a cancellation charge. If you need to cancel an appointment, please TEXT us at 253-205-7299 or email us at adornstudiollc@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show or failure to contact us before the appointment time, you will be charged 30% of the service cost. We thank you for your understanding and respect of our cancellation policy. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. If you come late for your lash appointment, the service may not be as full as if you had arrived on time. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit with the remaining time available. However, you will still be charged the full price for the service. To ensure you get the fullness you desire, please arrive on time for your appointment. Thank you!
