CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Adorn Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. That’s why we have a flexible cancellation policy for all our beauty services. We require 24-hour notice prior to an appointment to avoid a cancellation charge. If you need to cancel an appointment, please TEXT us at 253-204-0662, contact your service provider personally or email us at adornstudiollc@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service cost. In the event of a no-show or failure to contact us before the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. We thank you for your understanding and the respect of our cancellation policy. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Late Policy: For Lash Services: Your grace period is 10 minutes. If you arrive late for your lash appointment, the lash service may not be as full, as if you had arrived on time. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit with the remaining time available. However, you will still be charged the full price for the service. To ensure you get the fullness you desire, please arrive on time for your appointment. Thank you! For Waxing services: Your appointment includes a 5-minute grace period. At Adorn Studio, we’re committed to providing you with the highest quality experience from start to finish. Because waxing services are scheduled with specific timing—allowing us the proper time to clean and prepare between clients—late arrivals may require rescheduling if we no longer have enough time to complete your service. If you choose to proceed with a shortened appointment, please note that we may not have time for detailed tweeze clean-ups, which could affect the overall quality of your results.
